Hvordan giver I adgang til Shopify?How do I give access to Shopify?

Send jeres store ID og jeres 4-cifrede collaborator request code til bureauet. Koden finder I under Indstillinger, Users and permissions og Security. Bureauet sender en anmodning om collaborator access, som I accepterer. Send your store ID and your 4-digit collaborator request code to the agency. You'll find the code under Settings, Users and permissions and Security. The agency sends a request for collaborator access, which you accept.

  1. Log ind i jeres Shopify-admin på admin.shopify.com. Log in to your Shopify admin at admin.shopify.com.
  2. Find jeres store ID i Shopify-URL'en efter store/. Find your store ID in the Shopify URL after store/.

    Eksempel: I admin.shopify.com/store/minbutik/ er store ID minbutik.Example: In admin.shopify.com/store/mystore/ the store ID is mystore.

  3. Send jeres store ID til jeres kontaktperson hos Pepas. Så sender vi en anmodning. Send your store ID to your contact person at Pepas. Then we send a request.

Adgang via collaborator request code Access via collaborator request code

Koden gør det muligt for Pepas at anmode om collaborator access til jeres butik. The code allows Pepas to request collaborator access to your store.

  1. Tilgå jeres Shopify-admin. Go to your Shopify admin.
  2. Tilgå herefter Indstillinger i venstre hjørne. Then go to Settings in the left corner.
  3. Gå ind under Users and permissions og derefter Security, og rul ned til Collaborator request code. Go to Users and permissions and then Security, and scroll down to Collaborator request code.
  4. Kopiér den 4-cifrede kode. Copy the 4-digit code.
  5. Send den 4-cifrede kode samt navnet på jeres Shopify-butik (minhjemmeside.myshopify.com) til jeres kontaktperson hos Pepas. Send the 4-digit code and the name of your Shopify store (yourwebsite.myshopify.com) to your contact person at Pepas.
  6. Vi sender nu en anmodning om collaborator access. We now send a request for collaborator access.

Accepter anmodningen Accept the request

Adgangen virker først, når I har accepteret anmodningen fra Pepas. Access only works once you've accepted the request from Pepas.

  1. I får en e-mail og en besked på forsiden af Shopify-admin, når anmodningen er sendt. You'll get an e-mail and a notice on your Shopify admin home page when the request has been sent.
  2. Gå til Indstillinger og Users and permissions, og find anmodningen fra Pepas. Go to Settings and Users and permissions, and find the request from Pepas.
  3. Tjek tilladelserne, og klik Accept request. Check the permissions and click Accept request.

Det er Shopifys måde at give bureauer adgang på. Pepas logger ind med vores egne konti og bruger ikke jeres personalepladser. Adgangen udløber, hvis den ikke bruges i 90 dage. It's Shopify's way of giving agencies access. Pepas logs in with our own accounts and doesn't use your staff seats. Access expires if it isn't used for 90 days.
